Annual State Meeting

The Tennessee Chapter held their 2008 Annual Meeting on September 25 & 26 (Date Change) in Nashville at the Radisson Opryland.

    IRS Workshops/Information

    TAX PROFESSIONAL VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

    The IRS Stakeholder Liaison offices in Tennessee are looking for tax professionals who are available to instruct Small Business Tax Workshops. Examples of subject matter to be taught include: Business Start-up, Types of Workers (Employee vs Independent Contractor), S-Corporation, Sole-Proprietor and Employment Taxes.  CPE Credits are available for teaching the workshops.  Lesson plans and course materials are provided.  Interested individuals should contact Alison Broady at (615)250-5765, or e-mail alison.broady@irs.gov.
